Refund policy

The Customer agrees to TravAmerica terms and conditions set out below.

Payment for Services

  1. “Services” mean Services sold by TravAmerica to Customer described in its invoice. Customer agrees to pay all sums as due. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be paid in advance. Customer agrees that if it fails to pay any agreed amount when due, such unpaid sum shall incur interest at 5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is higher. All sales are final upon receipt of the purchase price.
  2. TravAmerica may accept Customer credit card payments after processing of Customer “Credit Card Sale” form. TravAmerica reserves the right to hold orders on any account with a balance due, and place that account on a credit hold until paid in full.
  3. Any returned cheque will place Customer’s account on “cash or cashier’s check only” status. Accounts must be cleared in full before TravAmerica will, in its sole discretion, evaluate whether account may return to company check status. In addition to all other remedies available, TravAmerica will assess, and Customer agrees to pay a 100 USD fee for any returned cheque.
  4. Travamerica reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Change Orders & Cancellation policy:

Customer shall pay TravAmerica a charge of 10% on any sales order amount plus any and all expenses for changes/modifications/alterations relating to services as part of the purchase price.

 

In such event, Customer must execute a written change order that will be effective once signed by Customer and counter-signed by TravAmerica.

Tours and tickets:

  • Services are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the service.
  • Services are non refundable starting from 2 weeks prior to the date of the service.

Hotels:

  • Hotels are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to the Check in date.
  • hotels are non refundable if cancelled within 1 prior to the check in date. 

Transfers:

  • Transfers are fully refundable up to 1 week prior to the service date and non-refundable within 1 week prior to arrival.

Group Trips Cancellation policy:

  • Up to 90 days prior to travel date: 25% cancellation fees from the total package Apply.
  • From 90 to 60 days Prior to travel date: 50% Cancellation fees from the total package Apply.
  • From 60 to 30 days Prior to travel date: 75% Cancellation fees from the total Package Apply.
  • From 30 days up to travel date:  100% cancellation fees of full package apply

Multi day tours & escorted tours:

  • Multi day tours and escorted tours are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the service date
  • Multi day tours and escorted tours are non refundable and non-changeable within 30 days prior to the service date.

 

 Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
